A seven-part study guide to the life of Moses, from the basket on the Nile to the view from Mount Nebo, with questions and space to write your answers. 111 pages.
Moses was pulled out of the river as a baby and died on a mountain within sight of a land he never entered. This guide follows him through Exodus, Numbers and Deuteronomy in seven sessions: the birth and the flight to Midian, the burning bush, the plagues and the Passover, the crossing of the sea, Mount Sinai, the golden calf, and the last view from Nebo.
Each part contains the story retold close to the text, background on the history and geography, details worth noticing, one Hebrew word, four cross-references, five questions with space to write, a prayer, a verse to memorize and one thing to try during the week. Where scholars disagree, on the date of the exodus or the route to Sinai, the main views are set out fairly.
Use it alone or with a group of four to twelve people, one part a week. All you need is a Bible. Fillable PDF, 6 x 9 inches, readable on a phone.
